It Sounds Like Something You've Heard Of

If you've ever looked into eastern religions or martial arts, you may have heard of Chi. This is considered an energy that flows through things. The goal of some monks is to tune their Chi to be a good thing. The martial artists try to build a reserve of this energy so they can use it as needed.

In the north, we called this energy Hamjinga. Your Hama is to Hamjinga what your Lich (body) is to the matter of the Middle World. We must try to tune the quality of our Hama as well as try to build up the strength from Hamjinga. The stronger your Hama, the more it can help the rest of you when needed (provided it has the right wholesomeness).
