It's a Lot to Take In

If you only just learned that you aren't "body and soul", this can be quite a lot to get used to. That's okay. Take your time and let it sink in. As you get used to the idea, you will find that it makes a lot more sense than things you were told in the past. Now that you are aware, your interactions with other people and things are more complete. You will just understand better.
